roscore을 실행했는데
Command 'roscore' not found, but can be installed with:
Sudo apt install python3-roslaunch
라고 뜬다면 절대로 위의 명령대로 실행해선 안된다. 파이썬 안깔아서 생긴 문제가 아님.
$ source /opt/ros/noetic/setup.bash
$ roscore이와 같이 실행해야 정상적으로 작동함
